With new properties we will keep you informed on the progress in construction every second month by photography.
We help you to set up a mortgage for up to 50% of the purchase price with an annual mortgage interest of 3,75% with a Spanish bank. Max. 30 years.

Annual solicitor’s fees: 120.-€uros
Home insurance: annual premium from 150.-€uros
